Shipping Concerns/Problems

MBK strive to only deliver indoor gardens to our customers using the highest quality service to ensure that your plants and gifts get to where they need to be when we need them to be there. UPS Ground has been consist with their service and we value their hard work. Mistakes do happen and so we have made our policy to protect you, the customer, around these issues.

 

Concerns with deliveries are to be addressed upon arrival.  Please contact us immediately with all/any delivery concerns.  UPS is our chosen shipping provider because of their reliability and their ability to deliver a fragile/live package carefully and dependably.

We do clearly ask that you must provide us clear pictures of your concerns and the pictures of your package.  Email us directly @

along with any other concerns.  We will document your concerns and formally verify with UPS about the delivery/the condition of the package.  

 Within 3-5 business days, we will contact you to discuss the decision.

Refunds or exchanges can then take place on a case by case basis.

Returns

We provide expert care for all of our plants and provide our customers with detailed care cards with each purchase.  MBK works hard so that you are immensely satisfied with your purchase.

LIVING ITEMS:

Please understand that because our plants are perishable items, we do not except returns.   

NONLIVING ITEMS:

Any items that are not perishable/plants are returnable within 7 days after delivery date.  Please contact us within those 7 days by email @ upcork.com@gmail.com and tell us your reasons for return.

Exchanges

Exchanges will be issued on a case by case basis for nonliving items.  Exchanges are made by refunding the customer for the complete amount spent in the form of store credit.  This credit can be used to repurchase any item on our online store.  All exchanges are final sale after purchase exchange is complete regardless of choice of product.
